Access to the Trinity I Early Access build (“Build”) is granted solely for evaluation and feedback purposes. Access credentials shall not be shared, transferred, or otherwise disclosed to any third party.

The Build and all associated assets, including but not limited to visual, audio, and code components, are proprietary. Any reproduction, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Participant agrees to provide timely, accurate, and constructive feedback via the designated channels. All feedback becomes the sole property of the developer without obligation of compensation.

Developer reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the Build at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

The Build is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Developer shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from use, inability to use, or participation in the Early Access program.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
